Our alliance enables our team in Singapore to provide financial advice and recommendations in Singapore and Australia. It also recognizes Australians are becoming increasingly global and enables Australian Expatriate Group to provide seamless service for those clients that are repatriating to Australia.
A key benefit of working with a fee-based financial adviser is a freedom from the inherent conflicts of interest that can arise when an adviser derives commissions only from selling financial products. A fee-based adviser provides you with complete transparency and you will agree on all charges and remuneration before proceeding with any advice.

Australian Expatriate Group is remunerated in one or both of the following methods:

  • Hourly / Advice-Based Fee: We charge an hourly fee where we are providing comprehensive planning advice. The time involved depends on the complexity of the advice and services that we are providing.
  • Annual Portfolio Management Charge: At Australian Expatriate Group, we aim to ensure that our success is your success. We charge a an annual portfolio management fee to continue to provide ongoing strategic advice and management for your investment portfolio.
Our portfolio management charge ranges from 0.5 to 1.5% per annum.
For some of our clients, we provide an annual strategic review service. For this strategic advice, we charge a fixed annual amount which is agreed upon at the initial planning stage.

No, our initial meeting is entirely complimentary and obligation-free. At Australian Expatriate Group, we are selective with the clients that we will work with and we want to ensure that there is a good fit before we agree to proceed.
Australian Expatriate Group meets with most of our clients on a quarterly basis to review investment strategies and make any necessary strategic or re-balancing changes where necessary. We will also conduct an annual strategic meeting where we will review the broad goals and discuss your progress in achieving your financial goals.
